I sold my flat in Hungary for a320K but kept the money in foinrts when on the day I got my money the foinrt’s value dropped overnight. I hoped it would be temporary and waited, and waited. It’s been dipping ever since and I’ve now lost a32.5K.Converting into pounds now gutted at making such a loss because of these flucutations. I needed the money for a deposit on a flat and now I’ve lost 12% of my savings.Why did these Euro problems have to happen now ?
